Miranda Eason
Editor, Cosmopolitan Bride
Miranda Eason spent most of her teenage years with her nose in a magazine, so it was no surprise that she went on to do a degree in Media Studies at Leicester's De Montfort University. A work experience placement at more! as part of her degree only served to strengthen Miranda's passion for magazines and shortly after graduating she secured her first job, as Editorial Assistant on the launch team of B magazine. Roles on Top of the Pops magazine, 19 and Sugar followed. In 2001 she joined the launch team of CosmoGIRL! Two promotions and six month's covering the role of Editor later, she left CosmoGIRL! to cover the Editor's maternity leave on Cosmopolitan Bride. After a brief foray into the world of interiors magazines Miranda rejoined Cosmopolitan Bride as Editor, relaunching the title as a fashionable alternative to the traditional bridal titles.
"The reader of Cosmopolitan Bride will love 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty. She wants to look her best on her big day but she has to fit shopping and beautifying around wedding planning, working and having a life. Thirty days of non-stop glamour is exactly what she needs."
Miranda's must-have beauty item: A bottle of Marc Jacob's Daisy - I love the pretty daisy-topped bottle and can't get enough of the fresh, easy-to-wear fragrance.
Miranda's must-have fashion item: A great pair of jeans - I'm obsessed with finding the perfect pair. My current favourites are by Sass and Bide.
